    Conditions of Warranty:

    The warranty only covers the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. Proof of purchase is required to claim a warranty.

    The product should have been installed and maintained appropriately, damaged caused by external factors including but not limited to sunlight, water, moisture, stains, heat or hydrostatic pressure won’t be cover in warranty.

    Modifications to product, wilful or accidental damage is not cover in warranty.

    Damaged caused by poor installation or unsuitable subfloor condition is not cover in warranty.

    Appropriate protection has to be use to avoid heavy point loading to the floor. Normal wear and tear is not cover in warranty.
